I’ll give 4 stars for now and edit my review later in detail. So far, my mother has not noticed a significant difference in her psoriasis, mother says her scalp feels lighter/cleaner. Will update after she uses more.

I have psoriasis on my scalp and this really helps with the scaling. I add peppermint and tea tree essential oils to add a scent and helps soothe an irritated scalp

This works however you have to keep using it all the time and there isn’t much product to begin with. It’s a temporary fix.

No nasty smell with this shampoo! It is clear so it doesn't discolor your hair. Helps with issues but didn't stop symptoms. Bottle shows you should use this as part of a 3 system shampoos, use this product, regular shampoo and the tar type shampoo. Great price.

I've had oily hair for years. Recently I've noticed that even right after I wash I still have patches that are oily. I researched psoriasis and found this product. The 3% Salicylic acid makes all the difference. I can run my hand through my hair again and I don't have uncomfortable itching and "dirty" feeling. I do have to use it every day or almost everyday but it's so cheap I don't mind. The rest of my hair looks good and doesn't get tried out. I can't believe the best shampoo I've ever bought is under ten dollars.

Good product at a reasonable price, works well for psoriasis. Is not petroleum based like many products for scalp conditions are. Has a very light pleasant fragrance.
