I SAW THIS TOOL IN ACTION ON LINE. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO INCLUDE IT INTHE TOOL CHEST - FOR FUTURE USE.

After reading the Plastic designs of this type of tool fail, I bought this one. Looks to be Cast metal and should last. Although fiddly at first, worked out fine on Early Model Ford Edge 2.0 Eco.

I spent half a day trying to install a belt without this tool, seems like a simple job but when you include angle - and location, this can easily get complicated. I finally gave up and decided to buy this tool. Great decision, after less than 5 minutes I had the belt on. This tool helps install new, and remove old belts. It also includes a magnet so you don't have to worry about it slipping. Definitely recommend just having around just in case

F150 A/C belt needs this tool in order to mount it.

Cut the old belt and was snapping zip ties trying to put a stretch belt on without this tool for two hours. Having right tools for the job makes it go easy! So I went and got the tool and after figuring out the right placement the belt went on effortlessly and only took couple mins. I was able to do the job from up top without having to remove the wheel and splash shield on 2013 Fusion 2.5l.

Loved that it was easy to use and made the FoMoCo model seem useless even more; that came with the belt.

At the end of the day, this did the jibe it was supposed to do of installing a stretch serpentine belt back on my 2015 Tahoe. It definitely wasn’t easy to use even though I consider myself very mechanically inclined. I don’t know if that was just due to my particular setup or because of the design of this tool.
