If you have any mechanical aptitude, these are really easy to install, You will need large pliers or something like that to hold the lower body while tightening the main nut, but that's about it. They feel solid and the brake is easy to use, Seems to be a good value. My 200 pound metal workbench is easy to move around now to help maximize space. Understand that it will raise your bench/table by about 3-4 inches,

I just installed these on a standing 12 bandsaw that probably weighs around 150 lbs. These wheels make it so easy to move around the shop and are half the price of castor wheels from the hardware store. Couldn't be happier!

There was not anything to dislike! I used them to move my wood lathe to a new location in my shop. They were easy to install.

If you want to put your Metro shelves on wheels, don't even bother with Metro casters. These are superior to Metro and cost a small fraction of the Metro price. They also work on other brands. I have installed them on almost all of the shelf units I have and can reconfigure my space now in a snap. Some of the best money I have spent.

I purchased these wheels for a 5-shelf wire rack system holding a stereo system. The wheels are sturdy and height adjustable with the nuts provided. Each wheel has its own lock, which keeps it steady.
