I thought this hose would be easier to roll up. Instead, I think it is worse than my old 5/8 air line. Do not get this hose unless you have a reel to roll it up on. Very frustrating how it get all twisted up on itself.

I work roofing and I bought two of these hoses for my crew and myself. They were fine at first but I found out later that they were really fragile. I barely nicked one of the hoses with a roof jack and it got cut and developed a leak. That wouldn't be a problem normally since I always carry 2 hose repair kits but this hose wouldnt work with them. The hose is either too slick or not to the 1/4 ID spec because none of my repair kits worked, they all slipped out. You cannot repair this hose, once the hole is made you may as well throw it out.

The best hose on the market. Actually ran it over 3-4 times today with a scissor lift and didn't hurt the hose! Recommend

First off the fittings are aluminum so be very careful you dont need to strap on your gorilla hands and wrench these down, also if you connecting to brass fittings beware of future issues in moist environments they will fuse together.

It will tangle like any hose, but the material is nice, so it's not too hard to untangle. The end threads feel like they're plastic, so I'm not sure how durable that is, but I haven't had trouble yet.

I have a poly air hose on my pancake compressor that I bought 15 years ago. So figuring 15 years of technology I made this attempt to upgrade in hopes there was something easier to coil. The poly hose can be painful to coil until I tried this Flexzilla. I spun on the fittings, coiled it, and hooked it up to the compressor. Once the air filled the hose., it turned into a spaghetti mess. Ok, so a win for physics. I then tried to recoil it while under pressure and it was a match that the hose won. I just couldn't get it to lay flat. Much worse than my old poly hose. The slick marketing material for this product is well.. slick. Sent it back and decided to live with my poly hose.
