works great, set up easy....had DISH walk me through the final set up... I use it with my motorhome... I have Dish at home and only cost me an additional $7 bucks a month... also can have them turn it off when we are not traveling for a while and not charged. when we get ready to take a trip, I call dish and have the turn it back on.... works great

Found satellites faster then the 10 year old tailgater i had previously, the old one still works I must say. Bought this newest one because the other was 10 years old.... if the new one last that long; I'll be very happy!

Performed the setup procedure at home. Took it to a campground 3 hours away. Set it outside and connected it and the antenna did the rest automatically.

Light and easy to handle. Acquisition accomplished in about ten minutes. Some low power locals (Colorado Springs in Monument, CO, for example) when not in center of spot beam require a larger diameter antenna.Never have not received the nationwide channels well.

The only thing I disliked is having to wait 3 weeks for Dish Network to get everything back up and running after their internal systems went down.. receiver activated now.. happy camper

Works as advertised, but even though this is portable, and meant for mobile applications, it is not 12 volt DC. It makes no sense that this was designed to be plugged in to 110 volt AC. If you are not hooked up to shore power, you will need an inverter or generator to make it work.

We have had the tailgater since they came out, when it finally gave up we replaced it with another tailgater land noticed how much faster it was to setup and the picture was sharper we love you it!
