This is one of the best sugar free pudding flavors. I use one cup 1 milk and one cup unsweetened almond milk and it works to create soft set pudding. We've been enjoying sugar free pudding with plain ice cream cones as a tasty dessert with low Weight Watchers points. Don't get any of the premade pudding cups. They have oil in them. Instant pudding made fresh tastes so much better! Also check the ingredients of some of the other brands of sugar free puddings. They also may contain oil. Yes, sugar free pudding is a chemical concoction, but adding some healthy ingredients hopefully makes it a better trade off. I also like that there are a few chopped pistachios in the pudding mix.

Sugar Free decadence. Most diet foods are exactly what you would expect, blah. This 100 taste like cheesecake, easy to eat. It's a little on the pricey side but most good things are.

My new favorite guilt free treat! I add it to cream cheese and mix well. Then I top it with blueberries and raspberries. Tastes like real cheesecake without thr calories and sugar.

Not much else to say, it has a texture typical of pudding mix, and tastes like white chocolate.Makes for a good dip. I also like adding it to overnight oats, yogurt, smoothies, or milkshakes!
