Great tool! I own a mobile fleet repair business some of my customers have pickups and medium duty trucks that pull trailers. This tool makes testing brake modules and trailer functions a snap. In my world time is money and this shaves that part of the inspection by 80.

Works very well. I am a Ford Technician and have been on the hunt for a tool to simulate trailers on Fords new trucks. This does the trick perfectly! Only complaint I have is the LEDS are crazy bright so bright that I have to hold it sideways.

I was hesitant to drop the money on this since it is easy to buy a cheaper trailer tester and have a helper. However, I'm glad I did. This thing made it super simple to test my trailer brake wiring after replacing the 7 pin connector. Also, my truck has a factory installed brake controller so it was easy to test using this device to make sure it sends the correct signal.If you tow regularly or have friends that tow, the value of this device exceeds its cost.
