I know of nothing quite like the mini muffin cups for making the most endearing little eats for breakfast. Yeah, takes a little more time 'cause there are more little cups to fill . . . I had the blessing this last week of trying out a new recipe that was considerably softer than the usual muffin batter I make up. It produced muffins that were softer than the usual, too -- and it dawned on my I needn't hold to the criteria for ship-ability because they're going no further, at most, than my freezer an that's only if they haven't been eaten right away.
