I thought because the reviews seemed ok it would be fine but everything is very blurry even after focusing etc. just dosent work well.

I got the model 114,A with some extra lens,(sold separately). It's easy to use, and the price was amazing to me. If you're a beginner, this is the one to start with. My 1st. use of the Moon was impressive and fairly close up. I love it,and I call it, MY TELESCOPE.Try it,you'll find out what's OUT THERE.

Easy to set up and works pretty well. We probably don't know what we're doing so hard to find what we're looking for. Also, doesn't lock in place so if we get set on something we have to be careful not to move or we lose it

Assembly and initial use instructions would have been helpful. Had trouble downloading the manual from the company's website, but found a few You Tube videos that were very helpful.

It's super easy to assemble, but I can't for the life of my see anything at night. I can see trees and structures during the day, so the issues at night may be on my part. Maybe I am using it incorrectly? I'm not sure, but I should at least see a star or something...The first order came late. The date changed three times, making my son's Christmas gift late. The initial order came with an air bubble in the outer lens and some hair-like thing on the inside of the telescope, making them visible on everything I looked at. The replacement came rather quickly without any obstructions to the view. I just wish I knew how to use the darn thing...

My kids have been wanting a telescope for a few years now. They are now age 14 and 10 and I finally got them one for Christmas. They were so excited. They use it every night on our balcony. They love how you can attach their phones to it and record. I'm sure there is better ones that have a better view of the moon, but they are pretty happy with it! I recommend this one as a first time telescope for sure!

We bought this for our 16yr old who loves astrology. It was super easy to assemble, and the picture quality is excellent! We are enjoying beautiful detailed views of the moon and stars!
