Works exactly as expected. I needed a 3/8 inch square pipe plug socket to fit the bolts on a garage door tension drums and springs. I tried open-end wrenches and crescent wrenches but found both very awkward. This socket worked perfectly.Great value!

Wish I had bought one of these years ago. Like many people, I have always used a reversed socket to loosen a 3/8” square-drive plug. But, this socket works much better - the profile of the socket isn’t chamfered, so it grips the square-drive plug much, much more securely.
