I have purchased from ToyNK before and I will again! They got this awesome Samus figure to me lightning fast. This figure looks exactly like Samus in Metroid: Other M, and has tons of accessories and is crazy poseable! See my photo for an action shot!

This is my fourth figma and it's great. This is Samus aran in her zero suit, meaning she has taken off her power suit. Samus is one of my favorite video game characters of all time, she is very much worth the money. She has a decent amount of items, a paralyzer, a paralyzer handle to go into the holster, a short haired head, adams helmet, and a pony tail head, also has two faces, serious, and smiling. She has a very good amount of articulation, she can move her shoulders and hip joint slightly out of place for more diverse poses. The gun was a little difficult to get into her hand, but I managed it. She's very shiny and reflective. But be careful as the hair piece for the pony tail head falls of very easily. She doesn't really have a ankle rocker, but that's fine, as she makes up for that in her other articulations. Overall, this is a great figma, and wonderful for a Metroid fan.

This is an awesome figure! I love it. I thought it would be too delicate to handle at first but it is surprisingly durable. A must have if you collect like me.

Like all Figmas, Samus was a bit pricey, but well worth it. My only gripe is that it is impossible for me to put the included gun accessorie in her hand without scratching the paint.

Samus Aran: Zero Suit ver. was released in December 2016. When I purchased Samus Aran the list price was $73.99 and I paid $51.99 so theoretically I received a sizable discount. I’ve noticed that when you compare the prices of Figma figures and S.H. Figuarts figures, the Figma figures are more often than not more expensive. This is my first Figma figure and I really wanted to see if the extra price was warranted since an MSRP of $73.99 is pretty steep for 5.5-inch action figure. Even $52 is a hefty cost. I going to compare it to S.H Figuarts Yuki Mori because they have very similar bodies and skin-tight suits. Both Yuki More and Samus Aran look great and look accurate to the source material. I prefer the feel of Samus Aran. She’s made of a firmer material and feels sturdier but I do realize that not all Figuarts figures are made from the same material. Both figures are able to twist and bend their torso just below the chest but there is no waist articulation. Both have similar elbow and knee articulation but Samus is actually able to bend her elbows slightly past full extension which gives a bit of a weird hyperextension look. Max Factor also did an odd thing where her calves are a little offset from her thighs giving her kind of a horse leg look. Unlike Yuki, Samus has shoulder and leg joints that can be pulled out slightly to give further articulation. It allows her to reach her arm part way across her body which is way better than most articulated figures can manage. She also gets a little more leg articulation with the downside being that it creates a massive gap in her rear when her legs are lifted all the way up. Yuki actually has better ankle articulation and both are very difficult to stand up because of their teeny, tiny feet. The other thing is, she is SO skinny. I thought Yuki was skinny but Samus is near anorexic. Her hands are absolutely miniscule. I thought Samus was supposed to be a warrior. My S.H. Figuarts Cammy White is only slightly taller but looks to have around triple the body mass. Also, Cammy has decent sized feet so she can actually stand on her own. Cammy can even balance while doing a high kick. Samus can barely stand flat footed. Is it worth the high price? Well, if you really want Samus Aran, sans armor, this is the one to get. I really don’t consider a suitless Samus Aran to be that iconic and I think most gamers wouldn’t even recognize her if they saw her on my shelf unless they were huge Metroid fans. They would just see a really skinny blond in a skin tight blue outfit. It does seem slightly superior in materials to some of the Figuarts figures which are slightly less expensive. On the other hand, the Storm Collectible Street Fighter figures are about 10 or 20 bucks more than Samus and blow her away. I think it’s overpriced for what you get but it all depends on what you want. It’s hard to compare different franchise figures since regardless of the quality most people only want the figures in the franchises they enjoy.

One gripe about this figure. The front hair piece on the ponytail head falls off very easily. I almost lost it. And since it didn't come with any extras, that'd be a real shame :(

It's a well-made figure, like all Goodsmile products, but it seems a bit small and barebones for the price.

The figure has excellent detail and the face is identical to the game. The articulation is good, but not anything special. Where the figure really lacks is in accessories. She has an alternative face that's barely any different, a helmet she can't wear and a gun. Along with that you also get alternative hair and of course different hands. The only accessories I would really ever use is the gun and everything else seems pretty useless to me. I would've liked to see a baby metroid instead of the helmet, and maybe the grapple beam gun from smash. Overall, it's a good figure but is not worth the price. If the figure was marketed 15-20$ cheaper, or came with better accessories then I would rate it five stars.

Great looking figure and I love the articulation but I have one complaint. The hair piece that goes over her face fell off and I can't find it. It's a design flaw as the piece doesn't snap it, it simply rests on her head with nothing but gravity to hold it in. Figma/Good Smile should consider not doing this with future releases.
