I used to think that pain and skin irritation during my periods was something all women have to live with. I wasn't able to find pads that would be gentle to my skin, so I set out to do a research which took me through 3 continents: Europe, Asia, and North America.
In many countries, manufacturers of sanitary pads are not required to disclose the ingredients used in their products, while others do list chemicals that are potentially harmful. When it comes to what we put on the most sensitive parts of our bodies, we, women, deserve better.
This is when I came up with the idea of Genial Day. Each material of pads and liners were carefully selected to provide the ultimate level of comfort, the best care of your skin, highest possible absorbency, and protection from leaks.

The menstrual cup is a natural alternative to tampons and pads. Its function is to collect a menstrual flow of your period and its application is similar to a tampon.

Using a menstrual cup can be a little difficult at first, so be patient. You must practice a little how to insert and remove it, but once you improve your technique, it is very easy and comfortable.
The menstrual cup should be emptied at least every 12 hours. We recommend that it is emptied, washed and rinsed a minimum 2-4 times daily. Once you learn its best use and your flow you'll soon know how often it should be emptied. Wear a sanitary pad at the beginning to prevent leaks.
At the end of your cycle, thoroughly wash, rinse and dry GENIAL DAY® cup completely. Remember to thoroughly wash the suction holes. Store it in the cotton bag provided.

Size Medium (NF1367): For women over 25 years old who have never delivered vaginally with lighter - medium flow. 25ml
