Manufactured as an officially licensed product by GeminiJets as a limited edition, highly collectible model, this Lufthansa Boeing 787-9 - Flaps Down - also referred to as extended - along the trailing edge of the wing - with Registration D-ABPA - has been meticulously recreated from Boeing's blueprints and features realistic landing gear and detailed graphics, assuring the utmost accuracy and superior quality. A Display Stand is included.
Initially brought into service as the 787-8 in 2011 by Boeing as a more fuel-efficient, environmentally friendly successor to the aging Boeing 767, the innovative, twin-engine, wide-body Boeing 787 Dreamliner is offered in different versions that can be configured to typically seat from 210 to 330 passengers and is recognized by its prominently curved aerodynamic wings with raked back wingtips and chevrons on its engine nacelles.
