Wonderful product. All my receptacles on my building project were to recessed to fit receptacle covers. Used barn boards which thicked the walls. This product brought the receptacles even with the outlet covers. It worked for me.

I used this to pad out several outlets and light switches that used to be flush with the old wall and were now recessed in the current wall thickness.there were a little difficult to install but that was because of the limited space to fit them into. Not much can be helped about that.They do compress a bit. So put a thicker stack than you think you need and squish to the depth you need with a screw/driver.
