It took me several hours to setup but works great for my 89 year old mother. I am currently requesting a exchange as the volume button on the side does not work. I'm hoping this is a rare problem as the phone seems to be great. I only wish it had caller id on it as there is so many spam calls every day.

The Photo of Speed Dial is Great! It is helpful for uncle with early Dementia. It is pretty easy to use the speed dial and the photos help with identification especially when reading and comprehension is weak.

The audio assist is helpful. I dont like scrolling to access the phone book. It is not user friendly for the elderly who arent tech savvy.

She understood the speed dial and if she forgets to pick up the receiver, no problem. Can use speaker phone hands free. Really loud for hearing impaired.

My mom is 93. She is both hard of hearing and nearly blind. And, unfortunately, she suffers from hallucinations. With her old telephone, she always thought her people were keeping her from being able to call me (the truth was that she couldn't see what she was doing). With this new phone and the extra handset we bought with only 4 buttons on it have completely solved her problem of not being able to call. She is in a much better frame of mind knowing that she can dial out and she can call me whenever she desires. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get this phone and the additional handset.

So great for my mom who lives with us. Shes 87 and has macular degeneration and cannot see. Going back to a landline and having the pictures is a huge win.
