We use these Franklin balls in our Pilates classes. After several sessions of exercising or feet, ankles, and toes, the range of motion and flexibility in my toes has improved. Having inherited my grandfather's feet, they've never been very nice looking. Then in the last few years the 2nd and 3rd toes have been curling due to arthritis. Using the Franklin balls once or twice a week is making my toes noticeably straighter. I bought the balls so I can do the exercises at home and give one to my son, who is a runner, and can benefit from them as well.
