Great costume. The quality of the materials was nice and it looked great while my son was presenting himself as Franklin for a school project. I would highly recommend this costume.

The color that arrived was dark grey with green trimming...which I like better than the purpleish and beige looking colors advertised. I bought the Large and it slid over my tall, lean 10 year olds head with ease. A less thin child might get a little stuck pulling it on though. He needs this costume for a 5th grade history presentation, so for that it will serve its purpose. Does not include the wig, glasses, pants or shoes, so be prepared to order additional items. Also, be prepared to steam or iron the creases out of it. All in all we're pleased with it. But if you're looking to buy this as a very authentic looking item, then this is not for you.

This is exactly what I expected in terms of quality and appearance. It is made with cheap materials but high enough quality to withstand typical costume use. It pulls over the head since the vest is attached. The only thing I don't really like is that the edges of the crevat are exposed serged edge. I'm not surprised by this for the price though. I'm a little confused by the fact that the crevat has two gathered layers but the shorter one is behind the longer one. I'm not sure if that is intentional or is a mistake in manufacturing. Either way, I'm happy with the purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the costume to others.

This costume was a big hit for my son's Wax Museum presentation of Ben Franklin! It's easy to put on and it looks rather authentic....more than I was expecting for the price. We did not purchase a wig, but we did get the glasses and it looked very convincing! 5 stars!

Used this and the Ben Franklin instant disguise kit for my son's Revolutionary Day event at school. It does not come with the wig and glasses. Decent quality for the price. My son wears a size 10 and the large was a bit loose, but was comfortable.

Can't really complain because it was cheap and we were in a rush to find something for my son's school project . It doesn't look like the picture at all but he won't be graded on how great (or bad) his costume is. Hat was purchased separately and didn't come with costume.
