I ended up giving this away because the 634; diameter was way too big for me. I couldn't lie back comfortably on it to put pressure on some tight spots on my back. For a bigger person (I'm 5' 234; and slim) it might work just fine.

I've been using this for years. It's very firm just like the one I first used in Physical Therapy. Very handy and does a great job of getting those stubborn back muscles to relax.

I loooove using this after a workout, especially the next day or two when I'm feeling sore but like to torture myself with this. I use it to pop my back too, just rolling back and forth on it. It's pretty stiff, too, and so good at getting out any knots.
