Bought for my daughter as she is unable to swallow even the teensiest pill so it's hard to get any kind of vitamin in her, and some chewable with iron get weird tasting. She loves the taste of this and never forgets to take it because it's actually been a pleasant experience rather than having to motivate her to take it. And she feels much better, less tired etc.
