Insects: Thoroughly mix a 1:1 ratio of Exo-Terra Calcium Powder Supplement and Exo-Terra Multi Vitamin Powder Supplement in a container and add live insects. Cover and shake gently until all insects are € coated". No other supplementation is required. Always provide clean and fresh drinking water.

i buys this and the exo terra calc w/ d3 and the multivitamin for my 3 dumpy frogs and they love them, it comes with a really little plastic spoon so you can scoop at add, for me one scoop can cover 6-8 dubias

I got this for my green iguana as he kept losing weight and the vet suggested this. Since adding it he has gained a lot more weight and more active. We add it to his water bowl, when adding to his food he wouldn't eat it.
