leastI’ve been taking this for at least 12-15 years, (my PCP is from India). It seems to help relieve arthritis pain in my inoperable hip joints and shoulder pain.

I never have been able to swallow any pills. So I decided to pour the contents over my tofu scramble and WOW DOES THAT TASTE GOOD!! I have only eaten a few so I can't tell how I feel from them yet. But I'm sure they will be beneficial in the long run. I'm going to keep eating these with my food.

This is my third time ordering this product. I have suffered with colitis for years and found when taking this product, along with my prescribed medication, that my flares are shorter and puts me into remission faster than with medication alone. I take 3 pills a day with each meal. It works for me and will continue to purchase.

Works for me ,takes the swelling down so I can move freely, must be absorbing because I feel it working. Easy enough to swallow no after tast . I would recommend this to anyone

I use this once daily with an NSAID for back pain relief. I definitely notice a difference using both. It may help other joints too, but I use it for lower back pain.
