I have been taking for about 2 weeks and so far, I have seen no difference. This may be too soon to make an observation on the product.A follow up evaluation of this product after another 3 weeks use shows much improvement with pain in my hip and lower back. I still have uncomfortable twinges from time to time, but they a not consistent like they were before taking the turmeric. I will continue to take this product daily and look for even more improvement in the future.
