The only reason I give it a four is because I have not used it. The product arrived after I got well from the worst sinus infection in years And years. But I now have it to use should it happen again. What I love is that it was wonderfully wrapped and nicely packaged with care and that meant a lot. When I use it I will update my review. Thank you for taking so much care in sending such a great product and for the care you put into the packaging.

Worked good for a few times, but the strap was not wide enough for my XL to XXL size head. Got new strap from Vendor, to accomadate my large head. Working better now that it's not too tight.

I've been using these for years. I always keep at least 5 in the freezer so you can keep swapping for extended use. I just want to point out the 2 most obvious complaints:The stitching IS NOT defective. The hole is there for removal of the insert for either washing the cover (since you cannot get the gel pack wet) or heating the pack separate from the cover.The amount of time they stay cold is a non-issue. Typically you can get at least 20 minutes out of 1 mask depending on your body temp. This is far better than any other ice mask I've tried. If you require longer, buy multiple so you can rotate them.

I purchased this to help with puffy eyes. But it turns out I don't really like having my eyes covered when I'm awake. I quickly realized that I preferred having this on my forehead.As a forehead cooling pad, this is incredible for dealing with headaches or lowering body temperature during the summer. I've also placed this on the back of my head for aches there.The only problem is that this mask loses its cool after about 20 minutes for each side if you're flipping it. It also cools somewhat slowly. I found that having spares helps a lot, and I am now up to four of them.Sometimes at night I like using these as proper eye masks. For that use they are comfortable and one flip is enough to help me fall asleep. They're not the greatest sleep masks (I find them a bit snug) but they do a good job keeping light out and don't usually come off at night.The outer shell is silky and stretchy. It's fairly breathable with good material. The band is sturdy and effective. Not much to say there.Overall I feel comfortable recommending this to anyone in the market for either a cool eye mask or a forehead cooling pad. If you wind up liking one of these, don't be too surprised if you wind up with another.

The quality of the mask is really good. It has a slight cooling effect even without putting in a fridge. Totally adjustable with velcro. Strap seems strong. Love it.

When I first opened the package, I saw an opening at the top of the mask. I thought it was ripped. That opening is where you remove the inner gel pad to wash the outside cover. I've used it a few times and absolutely love it. Highly recommend for headaches and nasal congestion.

So, I got sick with Covid and my sinuses felt infected, or like someone had just punched me in the face. These cold pack deals are really the only thing that helped aside from some over the counter pain medication. I had originally had one for my migraines, but after this go around, I ordered an extra. They aren't super cheap, but well worth the money because they stay cold for a while and they really help for sinus issues and for migraines.

This is soft and helps with sinus discomfort.

I think I may have written a review for this product before, but I'll write another! Recently bought a new pack, which brings our family up to five or six of these things. Both my husband and I use them all the time. I suffer from migraines and my husband gets eye strain/headaches from flying planes. We lay down in a dark room with a mask (we also have the back/shoulder wrap) and the pain goes away so fast. We have to split out time between two residences for work, and having a new one in the freezer was a top priority when I moved in. Don't know how I lived without these before, but they're amazing. If you get nauseated with your migraines, these are the only tools I've found to help that.

I've had dry eye MGD for many years. It got worse after cataract surgery. My collection of masks and eye drops is massive. I saw this mask mentioned some place and decided - what do I have to lose?I absolutely love this mask and highly recommend it to anybody suffering from dry eye and/or MGD.Oh and I also switched from baby shampoo lid scrubs to Ocusoft foaming lid scrub - BIG difference.

I have migraines and this definitely helps my pain.

I have 2 and keep them in the freezer for headaches/migraines. Best headache tool I've tried. Must buy if you suffer from frequent headaches. Everyone I know who deals with migraines has these.

for sinus head and face pressure relief. set it for 30 seconds in the microwave on high. take it out and check the temperature. it should be fine. a second 30 seconds is okay but DO NOT OVER HEAT the mask (No more than two 30 second sessions with a temperature check after the first 30 seconds)....WORKS GREAT for facial sinus ache pressure relief.
