Usually works to get rid of headache

I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this. Ever had your wisdom teeth out? Notice the shape of this thing? It works PERFECTLY for putting around your very swollen jaw after having oral surgery. Buy yourself more than one, keep them in the freezer, and then after your recovery, use them for the eye and head stuff.I originally bought this because we love to have fires at night and I've found that the fire smoke is about the only environmental eye allergy I have. So I use it either right before bed (post fire) or first thing in the morning when my eyes are the puffiest. I can put my eyeliner on about 30 minutes later. Without using this product I'd expect I could put my eyeliner on about the time I get home from work.I've never used this as a warmer for anything so this review is only for cold. If I ever find a need to use this as a warming aid I will amend my review.

I've tried so many ice masks for my eyes. Often they are either too stiff/frozen to use right out of the freezer (no to mention hard as ice, so really uncomfortable) or else they only keep cold for five minutes before needing to return to the freezer.This mask is the absolute Goldilocks of masks. So much so that I now own three just to ensure I always have one to wear if I misplace one (which does happen if I fall asleep wearing it). Its super comfortable and gets the right amount of cold, for the right amount of time, without causing freezer burn to your face.I can't vouch for the warming/heating option, as I only use it for cold

Best think for a head or just to block out the light. They last a very long time. Order one about 4 years ago. Just now had to reorder. Bought 2 this time

Just the perfect size and is just what it said it was.

Nice mask. Does the job.

Hard to find but worth it. I've found it to be the most comfortable eye mask and you can chill it.

For those who suffer from sinus or pressure headaches, this item is great for some relief when nothing else will make a dent.
