The product is great I just assumed upon ordering this that like black pepper when it said ground it meant flakes but instead this was a powder. I would much more like the flakes of white pepper I think. It's also hard to judge how much white pepper you have added on things when it's a powder. Another thing is the dispensing lid is horrible for the powered form of this. You can either spoon it out with measuring spoons or shake it out through huge holes that no one in their right mind would use.

I used this in my Lamb Shanks recipe along with some other spices and it was delightful. It's definitely as good as the higher priced spice brands. Perhaps even better. I love the way musters seeds taste in the appropriate recipes and these are working out beautifully.

Seeing it online versus when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised, there's definitely more than I had anticipated. Great deal for pretty good quality. Once in a while I came across a seed that didn't look as good so I just threw it away but for the most part they're all great!
