Baked about 10 pizzas on this thing in the span of a month, and the pan is no longer as nonstick as it used to be. It can be hard to get baked-on residue to release even with hot soapy water, which makes it even more likely for baked items to stick.I like that I don't have to worry about scraping nonstick paying off the pan when cutting pizza directly on the pan, and that it's light enough for me to lift the pan (with a pizza) out of the oven one-handed.
