We've been through two boxes of these with variously sized faces in our family. All of us find the left ear loop in particular to be a little tighter than the right. They always hurt my left ear and I always hurt both of my husband's. Good fit. Otherwise, they last pretty well, we didn't notice any smell, and we've gone through almost 100 of these now, and very few loops have broken.

What I like about this product (this is my 2nd time purchasing) is that they fit comfortably on my face.I also like the packs of 10 that they come in because I keep a pack in my bag,and I keep a pack in the center console of my car, because hey, you never knowwhen you need it.
