so yeah it makes my head look like a mushroom, but I like don't care, it feels sturdy and looks great overall. Now I've never owned a real motorcycle helmet so under the padding in the helmet its just a thick layer of Styrofoam. I'm guessing that's the sturdiness factor I'm feeling but I honestly have no clue if that's the norm. I ride a bicycle but this thing looked dope so I went for it and it definitely has some weight to it compared to a regular bicycle helmet. I measured my head before choosing a size I was between an XL and the XXL but read some other reviews stating there was some sizing issues if you have a moderately large melon, as do I. XXL was definitely the wiser choice for myself (23.8 in roughly). I mean I have big ears so I have to tuck them under a little but its not uncomfortable, but hey that's just me. It came nicely packaged in a nice little helmet bag, with a little helmet du-rag I'm guessing for helmet hair(?), a little keychain and some sort of welcome to the world of your helmet pamphlet. I like it. gonna start decking it out with sticker to truly make it mine.

There are better half-helmets out there. Admittedly, they're not as cheap; but we're talking about a difference of five or ten bucks. If that's gonna be the make or break between this helmet and another one, you probably shouldn't be riding.

Though it might me a little to small. Wore it for an hour and changed my mind. Excellent helmet as far as comfort and use. I love the chin strap locking mechanism. I don't ever want to find out how it holds up in a crash, but I would like to think pretty well. It seems to be made of quality material and appears to be of good construction as well. I'll update if my experience changes.

Mushroom head for sure. This helmet is NOT very minimal at all way too puffy and looks ridiculous. You can save yourself some money and buy elsewhere for minimalism look

Helmet fits and feels good. But there is a good amount of pulling on my head while at highway speeds. But I spend more time on the backroads so its great for me. Lower profile and not to bulky

This thing is BULKY!! You will look like a Koopa going down the road with this thing on, but it is very comfortable and no issues with pinching once adjusted. It's a snug size for a large, but it'll break-in nicely. Overall a decent brain bucket!
