For embroidery decoration, the final price includes 5K stitches embroidery on the front of the product. If the actual stitches exceed 5K, additional charges will occur. Thread color change or metallic thread or additional locations will incur additional fee.
For printing decoration, additional locations/colors may incur additional fee.
For patches decoration, different size of patches may incur additional fee.
Industry damage allowance is 2% of order, at least one piece. We would refund the damaged pcs if there any. Please order extra pieces as need.

I really liked this hat however at the front one side sticks out pretty far it comes out the front area. Not sure if this was a mistake on this particular hat or if they are all like this but I'll be returning and trying a different hat.

This hat is marketed as a youth size hat. This hat is small around, yet adult sized tall. It makes the hat look extra weird. Unless you have an u usually tall head, from tip of ears to top of head, don't buy this

Look, I may have had a few drinks when I ordered three of these for myself. I'm an adult and it has been pointed out to me many times my head is huge. So yeah, these are a bit small and that's on me. BUT, the saving grace of snapbacks is they are adjustable and so I'm still able to wear these they just sit a little higher on my head than they should and the bill is small but that's also okay because I wear them backwards anyways.
