I got this as a gift for a friend and she loved it. So much so she posted it to social media! The only negative thing I experienced was it took a little longer than I expected for it to arrive. Not a deal breaker.

I customized a cup as a gift for my fianc and I'd say it's pretty durable. The lid is nice and tight along with the picture is really clear :)

We bought this to customize the text. So I don't know how the photo option works. People in our household keep using my husband cupid's, that clearly say his name, team or other personalized information. We got this with hubby's name on one side and Don't touch my F'N cup, thank you and his name lol, he LOVES it and no one touches his cups anymore. Yey!
