I personally think this has a better taste than most sodium-replacement beverages, with less sugar and no artificial sweetener taste - a win for me. It can still seem a bit sweet though, so it's best as a nice little break from water.Con: The dust that fills the air when you open the packet and after you pour it out. Do not try to open it with your teeth because you only have one hand free unless you want to assault to sinus cavities with a fine powder

I've been purchasing Liquid IV For over a year now and I love them. There hasn't been a flavor that I haven't disliked. I truly feel that I drink a lot more water when I use those as supposed to regular water. They have the nutrients in the powder so I do seem to get a little pep in my step when I use them.

For the record Staying Hydrated was a concept created by the soda manufacturers to sell something you get out of your tap for free. But we're gullible. Secondly paying money for water proves it. Now you're going to shell out twenty more dollars for water? Way to go humanity.Your body tells you when to drink, you don't need to sip sip sip sip sip all day long .THE PRODUCT tastes like diluted glue with some flavor close to but not quite what the wrapper says it should taste like. It's not thirst quenching at all and I feel worse after drinking it than before.Bur go ahead, buy it by the case. Why would anyone lie to you. Especially rich people.

I was so burnt out. Caffeine did not help. I had a low grade ache all over my body. I remember when I was young, a farmer saying that he mostly treated his pigs with minerals and had good success. The first day I started this drink - I got all of my todo's done! That hadn't happened in a while! This drink worked so well for me that I barely need any caffeine drinks. (I just forget to use them!)I have since tried the Sprout's Brand. - Not nearly as good. but OK in a pinch but Liquid IV is my go to drink. I works out to less money than I used to spend on sugary caffeine drinks.I like the Passion Fruit. The Pina Colada - not as much.

Liquid IV was recommended by my physical therapist and I really like it as well as its benefits. I'm not a big water drinker but this product has encouraged me to drink more throughout the day. The passion fruit flavor is one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
