I bought this for my friend who had sprained her ankle previously. She always experienced a bit of pain playing badminton, but after wearing this brace, she said her ankle felt fine after playing. It locks in the ankle so you're less likely to over rotate and strain the ankle. It is a little bit bulky, so she had to wear it with larger shoes.

I love this foot brace. Walk and stand for long hours and this provides stability to my ankle joints. The Velcro is adjustable and helps alot

I had/have a bad ankle sprain - I tried all the other popular name brand wraps - but none gave me the support and confidence of this wrap. Supper simple to put on, due to the great design and the Velcro straps.Of course any sprain deserves to have your doctor evaluate it, in case it's more than a sprain, but if they suggest wrapping it, I suggest this Ankle Support Brace. Reasonably priced, quick delivery, and it totally exceeded my expectations. Would certainly buy again (but really hope I will not have that need ;-) )

Twisted my ankle recently and was too scared to work out without an ankle support. No problem this does the job. After my 10 hour shift my ankle stills feels great.

These really helped my foot and ankle pain. But the pain is caused by fibromyalgia, and possible Neuropathy, so it won’t completely take the pain away. But it has really helped as I wait for the treatment for that. I have one for each foot. They do get uncomfortable after a day of wearing them, and then you have to let your feet rest from it.

Was in a car accident and hurt my ankle. I used the Normal wraps and my foot was still swollen and it seems that it was not helping. This helped me so much.

I have a high arch and it keep pressuring on the heel. It was like a rubber band too tight. I had to cut a slit in it so I would be able to wear it.

I have posterior tibial tendonopathy and thought I’d try this brace as an alternative to my larger, tie-up braces. The easy-on feature plus the slimmer fit made them easier to wear with shoes. They provide the arch support I need. I’ll order another one for the other foot and then trade off between my regular braces and these.
