Bought for short nap during lunch on workdays. Easy to set up (there is only one way to set it up); comfortable for his needs.

I put this in the back of my minivan and have been living in it for the past three months. Over those three months, the cot has gotten so loud when i move around on it that I have to be very careful moving in certain spots on the cot. Granted, I obviously use it as my full-time bed/couch and it has held my sleeping 250lbs body for at least 90 days, it hasn't ripped or anything and folds nice when I want to chill in my hammock that I affixed in my van.

No taut fabric cot is going to feel comfortable for long, but this is passable, within reason.For car camping a few days, fine, but not for sleeping on for weeks, with the exception of recommended weight teenagers and wee folks.If you're Big-n-Tall look for a Big-n-Tall cot or plan on going to the ground.This is not backpackable unless you're making a 2nd trip back and forth just to carry this to the campsite.If you're hiking more than a couple of miles you need ultra-light equipment, which this is not.I'm glad to have it.

Works well for what it is. Large enough for a trundle mattress. It was a bit of a pain to put together and it does squeak, but those are my only complaints, it's pretty solid. Worth the money.

Not as beefy as a actually military cot, but it will do the job. For how long... I don't know just yet lol.

My kids are happy with them. It was a nightmare to set up the first few times, but it definitely gets easier after a few uses
