I use this band to help with tricep and shoulder stretching. I tie it on a pull-up bar and wrap my hand around it and then face away from the band in order to stretch my tricep and shoulders. It works great but it's not as thick as I thought it would be.

Gives a passive stretch with no effort. Great for calf muscles. It makes it easier to maintain a stretch for a long time.

I stretch with it everyday, it makes a big difference. My mobility has helped my running, yoga, etc. and for some reason, I think it mells really good.

Nothing wrong with this product if you want a 1" band. But if you want a 1.5" band you should try to find a product that says it is a 1.5" band and (cross your fingers) actually is a 1.5" band. Three stars for incorrect product specs. Five stars if you want a 1" band.
