These are very similar to balls we were introduced do at physical therapy. They are relatively inexpensive and soft/rubbery enough to bounce indoors without causing damage.

Love it, has helped amazingly with regaining shoulder joint proprioception after surgery.

I like the grip, to prevent slipping, and the bounce back of the gel. We have them at the gym too, the sand medicine balls nobody wants, people get to class early for the gel ones.

I use this ball for physical therapy exercises and I like it a lot. It is easy to grasp as I toss it from hand to hand. I know that if I miss, it won't hurt my feet if it falls on them. It appears to be solidly made. I didn't give it a five star only because it feels a bit silly to be gushy loving of an exercise ball. I would, however, recommend it as a PT tool.

This ball is pretty soft & squishy, which works great for what I bought it for--tossing back and forth. If you need a firm/rigid ball I would not get this one.

Great ball. Great grip. Great color blue. Great for exercise and shoulder therapy overhead throwing on a rebounder. Versatile and useful.

I was having some trouble trying to find a gel filled medicine ball in the 7-8 lb bracket but alas I found this one. This is really great for the new all body medicine ball workout I started. It looks like a classic gym class dodge ball with nice grip.

I got this medicine ball to enhance my workouts at home. I thought the gel filled ball would be nice instead of a basketball-like medicine ball. However, this ball is much softer than I expected. It's definitely usable, but I wish I had bought a regular medicine ball instead.(Love the purple color though! It matches my stability/balance ball!).
