It's heavy, made for heavy duty use, little noisey. All that being said, it runs well, with assistance it moves on great wheels, and since it will be used only during power outages is a great value.

Great product! The only down side is the weight. It is super heavy and awkward to load. But the wheels make it easier to roll up a ramp into the bed of the truck. Other than the weight, it's a great product and it runs our 5th wheel a/c like a champ!

It worked great until the temperature dropped below freezing. I needed it to operate my space heater so I didn't freeze to death in my travel trailer but it wouldn't start, had to pack up and leave early.

I've had this generator for a year and used it for four power outages. Starts each time with the remote, no problems, in sub-zero temps.Suggest that you follow the directions exactly.. some suggest replacing oil with full synthetic after the first few hours of use. Well, you should change the oil after the first few hours of use to remove particles, but remember you will HAVE to use synthetic forever once you use that. Makes sense only if you use full synthetic for your vehicles and have it around most of the time anyway... not really necessary.

I bought the generator to run a water well (required 240) and a large RV (required 120). The product was well packaged and only took 5 minutes to get up and running. The wheels installed easily and it came with the right amount of engine oil and a funnel. It stated on first click of the electric starter. It held around 6 gallons of gas and run for about 9 hours. The remote fob allowed me to turn of the generator from inside the RV. So far, I am very happy with this generator.
