I added sand so it would not move around - my son loves it . It was easy to put together.

Still beating the piss out of this and it's held up for more than 2 years with weekly work put into it.

Almost an year since I started using this bag frequently and is still in good shape. However, it could be a bit taller. If you are 6ft and want to punch at chin level you can't do it very well.

I used 5 x 50lb play sand with a plastic funnel to fill the base. I bought a cheap plastic funnel and cut it off so the opening is almost as wide as the fill-hole in the base. The plastic base is very thick and I don't think it will ever break or leak. It is heavy enough that you will not knock it over when you hit it, though it will probably move when you hit it hard. The red padded part is adjustable up and down, but this means that it is possible to accidentally adjust it when hitting it if you hit it in the right way. Not good. Despite having padding, you will want gloves if you plan to hit this thing hard. So far the thing is holding up just fine despite hitting it hard enough to tear skin and bruise knuckles. I recommend wraps or gloves, I use some old tanktops as wraps.An improvement to this bag would be denser foam. The current foam is light and doesn't protect your hands well from hard hits as you go through to the hard plastic backing.

This product was very well priced, and it has been great once we got it set up. We decided we didn't want to use water for weight as it can bring mold, so we bought sand, which we needed quite a lot of. We jerry-rigged something to help funnel the sand into the base. However, once that was done, it's been great and we are very happy with it and would recommend buying.

My daughter now teaches kick boxing and loves having a bag at home to practice her moves! She says it makes her a better instructor!

Like the adjustable height, but it doesn't stay put. If any of us use it, we have to have the other person sit on the base for extra weight or else it slides half way across the floor and back. It's filled to the brim with kitty litter. We are moving it to a room with carpet. Hopefully, I can give a better review after that.

Bought it as a Christmas present for my son. He loves it and is able to use it in his apartment living room without annoying the neighbors. He filled the base with sand.

Great workout bag. We filled with four 50 pound bags of sand and works perfectly. My 7 year old uses it for practicing taekwondo and it is very durable

My 89 year old boys love to kick and punch their bag

Product is as expected, my kids love it too. Filled base with 5-50lb bags of play sand, currently using on a carpet, when I am working on form and repetition, the bag is stable and does not move across the floor at all. There is a little movement across the carpet when striking or kicking very hard, a rubber mat may resolve that issue. But, its perfect for my needs, this was a great price.

Very hard to add sand

I like the bag, it was what I was looking for. I gave 4 stars because I filled it up with sand and it still moves but other than that I'm happy with the bag.

My training studio is small, so a hanging heavy bag isn't practical. This fits well enough. It is inside my house, so I use water as ballast. For the record, I hit hard. I'm not small, and train six days per week for an hour or two every day. Of that time, 60-90 minutes is on this heavy bag.Filling it is a pain. It took a LONG time to get the base filled with water. If you can somehow run a hose from your washing machine cold water to the base, it would make it easier.The good. It moves fairly easily with the base filled. It adjustes easily. Which are also part of its problems. It moves easily. I can't do more than 6-8 hits before it has moved across the room and I need to wrassle it away from the wall. But, I hit hard (when using full power, I have to use full gloves and wraps...I'm not young, and my elbows need the protection). Another problem that I have yet to solve is that as it tips when it is hit, water leaks out through the cap. Just a little, but enough to dampen the carpet. The other issue I have is for kick training. In low position, two or three kicks send the bag up, up, and away and I have to stop and put it back down. There has to be a way to prevent that, but it hasn't occurred to me yet (have had it a week).Overall, though, it was the best option for me. I prefer hanging heavy bags, and one day may clean out the garage and put one in :-).

It is very nice and meets the need of our kids for boxing classes. The highlight is adjustable so the kids can use for sometimes. The only thing I wish is that this product would include an anti-slippery mess/mat so it does not move easily on a hard surface. We had to order a separate piece later.

So far so good. For a woman who just needs to unwind at the end of the day, and get a cardio workout in, this punching bag is great.

Perfect for at home boxing. Put it in front of a television and box fight after fight from your favorite boxers perspective. I use you tube and Mike Tyson fights.

Nice bag for punching and kicking but like it says not for hard hitting, it will move around a bit. I have about 170s of sand in it but could use another 20 s or so. I like this product gives me a good cardio workout
