Shorter than I expected. Not as good as the old bag it which was over 6 ft tall.

Make sure you get dry sand to fill it or it will be a pain. Add water after that for maximum weight. Great product

I like the aesthetic aspect of this punching bag. So we used water instead of sand because we figure it would be less messy if we have to empty it. I Kelly this in indoor, instead or outside. When I kick it, it still tilt slightly but dont fall over, causing a thud when he bounces back which I dont really like. Our solution was padding it with 3 layer of mats so when it bounces back, no thud sound. But overall, itsa good punching bag for my husband and I and little kids to practice on.

The punching bag is very versatile. There's a lot of different techniques that you could engage it with. It does move around a little. I used (6) 50 lb bags of play sand and I could probably fit another in there still. I would just recommend placing the bag near a corner of a room and put a block stopping it from moving it back anymore towards the wall. That'll solve your sliding issues with each punch. It's a good bag

Love the bag. Just know that the sand has to be bone dry to pour easily through a funnel. The play sand they sell is a little damp. Spread it out. Be patient. Wait till it bone dry and you will save yourself a lot of pain.

My husband loves it and easy to move even when filled with water.

Great in my garage gym. Be prepared to take some time to properly fill the base. Its a great workout!

Not cheap, but worth every penny. Make sure you use SAND to fill base. Sand weighs more than water and it does make a difference. Also, make sure you really, really turn the shaft part into the base at end of assembly. Just when you think you can't turn it anymore, it will give and you'll get another half a turn which locks it into place. ... This is the 2nd one I've owned.

Very sturdy easy to use.

I was able to put 300 lbs of fine-grain sand in there, and there is still room left. It moves a little when I punch or kick it, but I guess it's not a big deal. I burned my knuckles within a few minutes and realized I need to buy some gloves. It's not rock hard like a lot of hanging bags I've punched. No complaints, seems to be exactly what I wanted.

My kid is in karate and we got this so she can practice at home. Very durable. They have these at the gym too and well worth it.

Love my bag! Researched several bags before settling in this bag. I don't have ery tall ceilings in my basement so this type of bag was my only choice. I wanted a larger bag with a base mount and this model appealed the most to me.I used dry sand from Lowe's - much heavier and cleaner than water as water can mold. Be advised, sand can get everywhere if you are not careful. Once my bag was assembled, the fun began. This bag can take a beating. It's incredibly durable and perfect for workouts. Both my husband and I workout on this bag and it's been perfect for us. Lovvvee this bag!

I have only had it for a month, so hard to rate sturdiness and durability. It works great for me and my son. I would recommend to someone looking for a good heavy bag!

This was perfect. My son has wanted one since he started karate a year ago. This provides him the ability to work on his strike flows and kick flows at home on the days that he doesn't have karate class.

If you want a quieter bag or live in apartments as well I'll look into the Versys bags.-The Ghost bag looks nice but the white will make sweat stains, hair, dirt pop way more so If that's something you'll mind I'll go for the Black one-Price, I got this bag on XMas sale it was 100 Dollars off, personally the non-sale price is too expensive for this kind of bag where there's 200 dollar freestanding bags that can do the same things this bag can do and then some, for instance the Versys bag!Overall a solid 8/10 and I'm really happy with my purchase

Just add sand and it's perfect!

This punching bag lasts a long time and it is so durable . My advice have someone help you when you move it . The bottom piece is so heavy when filled .
