I bought this one because it's one of the biggest (18) I could find. Except for the larger size, it is identical in materials and quality that these boards have been made with for decades. I have no complaints and believe it is a good value.

Everything is as expected, with two exceptions. The board seems well constructed, as the stones and die do. The main problem I have is the way the two board pieces were attached to each other. The ends are not flush in the middle; one side is higher than the other. So when you send the other players stone to the bar, it doesn't have a flat (even) surface to sit on. It has to balance on one edge or it falls onto the board. My other concern is the hinges. They should be countersunk on the inside of the board; while these are attached to the outside. That may not sound like a problem until you slide it across a wood table and it digs groves into the wood. I learned the hard way.

Pips could have had a little more weight to them but over all a solid set.

The chips are small, nice size for a child's hand. They would fell so much better and it would be a perfect fit if the chips were larger.

Quality is decent enough for the price. Nothing wrong, nothing outstanding. Functional enough, no issues with durability but time will tell.
