I purchased this boot almost exactly 1 year ago, after having owned another pair of Cat leather boots. The former pair was awesome. I purchased it for around $30 and it lasted for years. I was disappointed when, after just a few months, the inner linings on this new pair of boots started to shred. Then the plastic structural supports came out of the sides and got in the way of my foot when putting on the boots, or would fold under my foot, etc. Then a few days ago, I noticed that the leather is coming apart from the plastic welt. I took it to a boot repair place, and they said that the plastic welt was cracking and that it was not worth fixing. Overall, I'm disappointed with this boot.

$40 dollar I purchased before lasted way longer than this ones, both boots have cracks on them in less than 16 days after purchased
