I purchased these in my usual size of 38/32. I wished it had just a little stretch particularly in the waist and it would have been a home run but unfortunately it did not. With that said though, the pants are comfortable with a relaxed straight leg and almost loose fit. The biggest issue? The pants fit just right. The slightest expansion in your waist line or encountering shrinkage from washing will most definitely ruin any comfortability wearing them. Considering the pants aren't cheap, going up a size should be considered but it isn't exactly a necessity. Highly recommend!

These pants are exactly what I was looking for. My job requires me to wear black pants with no jean stiching, but I like pants with cargo pockets, which are more comfortable. These fit all of my needs, but the fabric is stiffer than normal. So the waist doesn't flex and feels tight. If I were to buy these again, I'd buy the next size larger. Another problem with these pants, is that the zipper doesn't go down as far as all other pants. It seems like it only goes down about 1-2 inches less than others....very awkward.

Although softer and thinner than Carhartt, I like them for general use. I wish they had an identical phone pocket in the left side of the pants but otherwise I recommend for general use or warehouse work.

20 year old who is picky about his pants really likes these! He usually has trouble that all the work pants are too baggy in the legs. These are not the regular baggy style but look good on his skinny legs. He states they are comfortable and great for his work. We will purchase again.
