I love this mat! It's exactly what was shown and then some. It has small beginner yoga poses diagrams on one side. It is also longer than I expected. Thank you!

This yoga mat is so beautiful, and I love letting my beginner friends use it when we are practicing together because they use the pose chart side as reference when they don't know where to go next! Heck I even do it too when my mind is cloudy! And the other side has a design that is so beautiful the green really helps open up the heart chakra! This yoga mat is my favorite thin mat of my collection
