I've not been impressed by many of the unicorns Breyer has come out with in the past, but this mare with the color and pose is really lovely. I've wanted to like them so badly and they finally have gotten a few that I really like. To echo others I am less impressed with the foal in the set which feels like an afterthought and doesn't fit as well. I would have bought the mare as a single piece though so I'm pretending the foal is a free bonus. It's difficult to find really beautiful unicorns that are a bit more classical in pose or coloration, but this one really is lovely and I love the ocean connection.

I have collected Breyer Horse since I was a child in the early 60s. They are a great value and anatomically correct and beautiful in every way and the iridescence of the color of this unicorn mare and foal make them very special. I purchased them for my 40 year old daughter, who is also a Breyer Horse lover and she plans to collect all the Breyer Horse as she can for her retirement years. These are a great value and make you want to display them in a place where you can see them all the time.

This unicorn set is gorgeous, traditional size, great value! Arrived fast. Easy to gift since they're in a box. Durable, well made. Cant go wrong with Breyer. The purple Color's, Glitter in mane n tail. Love these two.
