I live on a ranch and this booster pack saves us regularly! Lawnmowers, tractors, trucks have all been jump started with this awesome addition to our lives. My pick up truck has all the bells and whistles, in the past if it needed a boost I had to call AAA. Now the booster easily handles the job. WHAT a help!

this is one of the best jump starters ever, works great and you can take it anywhere with you to charge your phone over and over run a 12volt light etc. they also make a 2500 jump starter that i have works great also Thanks.

Good price, excellent quality, expeditious delivery!<br /><br />Do not waste your money on other chargers: this is the same one that the wrecker operators use when they jump cars.

Item arrived with a broken plastic case in the box, due to its heavy internal batteries bashing the back plastic case out. Otherwise it seems in operating order, so we are charging it up to confirm its operating properly. Very heavy duty cables and clamps. Seems solid, other than the broken plastic case issue.

It is a heavy 19 pound piece of powerful amperage Chinese battery product (neutral word). Yes I have started 3 cars with it so far but the holder broke off on the second usage in 5 days. I was considering to try and glue it back together but will contact the company and see if they will back their product deficiencies. After 3 jumps it was also still showing a full charge and when I put it onto the charger it went off almost immediately. Yes I did read the manual. Another user had said go up to the ES8000 which I should have taken the advice for the extra $100. I think this is it the case for foreign made products , 9 out of 10 are good and 1 is a dud with defects and a 10% defect rate is considered acceptable because nobody can touch the price. I should have been wiser.

It certainly has a good bit of starting power as compared to the lower priced model. Satisfied with the performance but be careful of use in the cold. One of the claim shields broke off during -10 degree weather. Pretty crappy brittle plastic design for such an expensive product.

I'm actually amazed at how long this has lasted. I bought it just after the 2011 Halloween nor'easter and it still holds a charge and has enough power to jump cars.

I haven't drove my Dodge Sprinter 3500 the last couple of weeks and it's been in the 20's this week. It's 25 degrees today and when I turned the ignition on, nothing. Truck PAC ES1224 started my sprinter as soon as I turned the key!
