Poorly packaged and arrived rusted. I purchased this to replace my rusty chrome bar, and I expected this one to last longer because of the "Black oxide finish protects against rusting" description. I'm not sure how much the finish can protect against rusting when a BRAND NEW bar is already rusted! I started cleaning the bar with WD-40 and a rag which shows the amount of rust after just getting started. At least it's not bent which is why I gave it two stars.

Its very sturdy. Im just very upset because i was excited about making my own home gym and everything looking nice. Then my first piece of equiment that comes in is rusted a bit wiyh a tag assuring that it wouldn't rust. I wont return it but i would appreciate a message back from the seller.

I think it deserves about a 2.5. It arrived very rusty and even the plastic wrapping around it turned brown in many areas. It was a pain to clean off especially with all the rust. I think ill have to use a rust cleaner to clear all of the rust unless I want rust all over my hands every workout. It is a bar and does what it needs to do in the end but could have been packaged better.

Disappointed with the packaging and handling of the bar. The bar also came with the ends loose and needed to tighten. The bar bell was also delivered full of rust.

This is not made for a normal weight bench. I'm very disappointed and returning it cost almost as much as buying it.
