This is wonderful cream for arthritis and sore muscles. You can feel it warming up the area as you apply it, and then I wake without pain. I use a lot of these products and right now this is my favorite. It is a large size and is fairly hard, meaning you have to rub to get it on your fingers. Some other salves are so soft that you seem to waste it, and that doesn’t happen with this one.

I smooth this on my aching joints about an hour before bedtime so that I can fall sleep easier. It is warm and soothing.
