The First Alert BRK SC7010B is a hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide combo alarm with battery backup. It features a photoelectric smoke sensing chamber and electrochemical CO sensor.

The First Alert BRK SC7010B is a hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide combo alarm with battery backup. It features a photoelectric smoke sensing chamber and electrochemical CO sensor. Applications include residential and institutional applications including hospitals, hotels, motels, dormitories and other multi-family dwellings.
The Spread Spectrum Horn Tone has a lower and varying frequency that makes it easier for those with hearing loss to hear the audible horn. This alarm features two latching features and two silence features. The Alarm Latch easily identifies the initiating alarm even after the alarm condition has subsided. The Low Battery Latch identifies which unit is in low battery condition by blinking the green power light. The Low Battery Silence temporarily silences the low battery chirp for up to eight hours. The Alarm Silence silences the alarm for several minutes. The alarm is interconnectable with up to 18 devices, of which 12 can be smoke alarms.

Bought this to replace 10 year old smoke detectors of the same model. They fit exactly where the old ones did, so left the ring in the ceiling and did not have to paint. We have had zero issues.

Perfect replacement and included all the mounting hardware. I thought it was just the replacement alarm for the price but it was everything you'd get in the higher cost First Alert packaged item but far less $$. This item is even marked First Alert so not sure what difference even is between the two. I'll but these down the road to replace all my alarms as they start giving me the 3 beep and light alarm warning me that alarm is currently BAD and in need of replacement.
