This stainless steel terrine is very well fabricated. It looks very durable and is made from thick stainless steel. It is worth the money to purchase this for pastries and terrines.

This makes a very nicely shaped pate loaf. If you have a recipe for 1kg pate, you'll need to use this twice. This is not one of those cheap, easy-to-scratch, non-stick terrines made of thin metal. This is beautifully made, very heavy. and cleans up easily because it is stainless. Great value for the money!

Almost overbuilt for a home chef. So solid and so shiny! Perfect for commercial use. Excellent for terrines and pate. Solid, watertight construction. Lid covers the top like a cap, it doesn't crimp or lock in, which is fine.
