Sturdy makes a good sized biscuit. I usually just hand wash after using. No problems after using several times.

Would love it if it were a little shorter so it could be used more situations. But overall a great find.

This is a firm, metal appliance used to cut ovals out of any food medium. I use it to form Salisbury steaks. I'll take about 5 lbs of ground beef with bread crumbs and minced onions and cut pieces out using this tool. I prefer using this cookie cutter method over trying to form the patties with my hands. Less handling = less falling apart.Refrigerate the pieces for a couple of hours so that they stay together. Then grill them on a hot grill. You can even use those Forman style indoor grills and they work just as well. You want to get some sear lines on the steaks. Then it's into the oven to bake for 25 minutes to cook through and serve it in a pan full of gravy. I serve mine with white rice which also goes well with brown gravy. I can feed a mess of people with 5 lbs of ground beef.
