This brace fixes back posture, but I will say that my shoulders are still slouching. I got this brace because I've been told by too many health professionals that my posture is downright horrible and that it could cause health issues if I don't fix it (I'm a 6'0” female athlete). I got the L/XL and it fits really well. The straps are comfy and nothing is digging into my skin. I feel a difference when I stand, but it does not pull my shoulders back nearly as much as I had hoped it would. If you have bad posture, I'd recommend this product, just focus on manually keeping your shoulders back and this will do the rest for you.

Delivery was extremely prompt. The item itself is very well made, easy to put on, adjustable and comfortable. I've tried other posture correctors and returned them, this one I'll keep.I gave 4 stars as it's a gentle process to retrain one's posture. I've been wearing mine for the recommended 30 minutes and will continue to increase the time as per instructions.So far, I'm pleased with both the delivery and quality of this product.

Instructions for proper fit should be more helpful. It really holds my back from hunching over and eases my back pain enormously. How long can I wear it in one stretch?

It was more comfortable than I expected. It took a while to get all the straps tightened and in correct position. That was probably MY fault, not a flaw in the product. Once I got it on correctly, it was unexpectedly comfortable and felt good to sit up straight and pull my shoulders back where they're supposed to be. Overall, I would recommend it if you're posture is slouching or if you have back pain from the way you're sitting all day. It's not an overnight fix, but if you were it consistently, I think it will help.

This posture corrector is of good quality, nice color and with minimal odor. However, it was more binding than I thought it would be. It dug into my diaphragm and armpits. I was hoping it would work out, but I'll be returning it.

I like the color and the fit. If you wear it nice n tight, like I do, the shoulders straps dig into your arm pits a bit. Overall I am happy w my purchase and recommend trying one!

I just got this and it has already started to help my back pain improve. I'm not gonna lie I didn't notice much of a difference but it adds up and my back feels better. I recommend wearing it under the shirt and at small intervals ar work.

I've waited about 6 weeks to write this so that I'd be able to give complete feedback.Well1. It is very comfortable and can be adjusted to fit2. This offers great shoulder support and definitely helped to keep my shoulders back and reminded me of I forgot3. The brace has a loop to put the ends through after adjustment but this does not keep the bottom from rolling up.I wore this for 14 hrs a day at work and even with this one flaw I would still recommend. I could really feel the difference.Plus made my chest look great

It isn't perfect but it's really, really, great. I do permanent makeup and I'm bending over people for hours on end and this really relieved the horrible pain that I would typically have.

I have been having shoulder blade pain due to poor posture. 4 days after I wear the brace, pain got better. brace have good support but the strap is to wide for me. Overall works great!
